   I honestly cannot express HOW MUCH I LOVE THIS!!! Nor the unspeakable bliss of swinging from that tree with that gorgeous, dreamily coloured sky in the background, and the huge moon overhead!!!! I don’t know the name or artist, but I’d call it “Playing at Twilight in Heaven” or something to that effect.

    I love these crawling vine/flowering foliage/blossoming green images lately because I am thinking happily about spring. SPRING!!!! When I am going to transform the shed to a Magical Cottage. It’s gonna be so much fun.

   A.S.Byatt’s The Children’s Book.

   This is one of those books I’d buy just to look at (if it were at the thrift store for a dollar, say. I am cheap as shit) And no, I do not find buying a book for its aesthetic appeal anything to apologize for. Books ARE beautiful. And smell wonderfully. Why not enjoy these things? I am a vociferous reader, but if I’m not fascinated by the text yet find the book visually and sensually appealing, I STILL WANT IT.
